FAQ'S
Yes. Many of our clients simply feel overwhelmed by the accumulation of belongings over time. Whether due to lifestyle changes, shifting priorities, or a need to regain control of your space, we can help. We work with you to assess your items, decide what to keep, and implement organizing systems that make your space more functional. We prioritize using what you already have and only recommend additional organizing products when truly necessary.
For one organizer it is $85 per hour and for two organizers it is $125 per hour. Each additional worker is another $40 per hour. We have a four hour work session minimum for teams. The amount of work accomplished between one and two organizers is significantly worth the cost.
Yes—and probably worse than what you’re dealing with. We’ve seen everything: years of unopened boxes, rooms filled floor to ceiling, even homes where no one’s walked through in ages. Nothing surprises us, and we don’t judge. You’re calling because you want change, and we’re here to help you make it happen. That’s it.
We begin with a phone consultation to discuss your needs and determine if our services are a good fit.
Next, we schedule an in-home consultation to evaluate the scope of the project and establish a plan.
From there, we book work sessions where we focus on one area at a time. During each session, we sort items into categories such as keep, donate, discard, or sell. We create a focused, low-stress environment that allows us to make meaningful progress with each visit. At the end of each session, we remove donations on your behalf, saving you an extra trip and helping clear the space quickly.
We scale our team based on the size and complexity of the project. Depending on your needs, we may have up to twelve team members available for those large clear out jobs.
Spring and summer are our busiest seasons, so advance booking is strongly recommended. We are usually booked out several weeks. That said, we encourage you to call us anyway—if we can fit you in, we will.
We service Anchorage, Eagle River, Palmer and as far out as Meadow Lakes in Wasilla.
It depends on the nature of the project.
For full-home clear-outs—where the home is unoccupied and all contents need to be donated, sold, or discarded—no one needs to be present. If we come across any items requiring clarification, we will contact a designated person via phone or video call.
For organizing projects where decisions need to be made about what to keep, we do require the client or a representative to be present.
Many people describe themselves as hoarders, but in most cases, they’re simply overwhelmed by clutter—not clinically diagnosed with hoarding disorder. I do not work with individuals who have been clinically diagnosed with hoarding disorder, as that level of support typically requires specialized training and involvement from mental health professionals. My services are best suited for clients who are ready to make decisions and take action, even if the process feels emotional or difficult. If you're unsure where you fall, feel free to reach out—I'm happy to help you assess whether we're a good fit.
Yes. We carry business liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage for all on-site staff. That means you’re protected in case of accidental damage or injury during a job. We also follow best practices to ensure your home and belongings are handled with care and respect.
